Deep cracks on heel on fingers upside

On my heels there are very seviour deep cracks and same are on the top of the top fingers and same are on the sides below the finger (the bone below the fingers on both sides)...layering of skin is cracked...please advice doctors...and areas of dryness are also found on hands on different positions...please advise possible treatment...
