Hello Thanks for your query , for acne scar u can get a combination of treatment of Dermaroller and co2 laser , this works very well in reduction of scar . One suggestion , the scar on your face will reduce to great extend but won't vanish completely , you will have to be little patient with the scar treatment as the collagen remodelling is a slower procedure , immediate effects cannot be expected Hope u query is answered .
