Decremental IUGR & No labor pains yet

I am in my 39th week of pregnancy. It's my first pregnancy, target scan and 31st week sonograpghy were normal. NO BP, Diabetes, thyroid etc. 2 weeks before my 1st gynac told me through ultrasound that baby growth was lagging behind by 3 weeks (mean age 35 weeks) . At the same day, we consulted 2nd Gynac and she told me nothing to worry about as baby position, liquor were ok. She told me not to mind on sonography parameters and suggested to wait for either labor pain or DUE DATE 30TH JUNE. In recent sonography 1st gynac told me frightening thing that baby is now lagging behind by 5 weeks (mean age is 34 weeks). She is suggesting not to take risk and go for C Section and that I will NOT have labor pains. I feel period like pain, heavy pelvis with increased poop & urination. How growth can decrease from 35 to 34 weeks & showing huge difference on same day sonography (37th week)? Which gynac I should trust upon? Last ultrasound & doplar reports are attached. Thank you.

My suggestion, please follow the advice of that Gynaecologist whose advice you find easy to accept.
