Suddenly I get lightheaded, dizzy and can't think clearly. It's like a reaction to something in the brain. Can do all activities in the situation. Just no full alertness or consciousness in the situation. Happened three times in past 6 months.What it should be? No symptoms of seizure or stroke. Age 26
