Dear sir My platelets is decreasing to 130000, but i dont have any fever or any kind of symptoms.i also done my dengue test but that is negative and malaria is also negative.what to do  pls suggest?

Repeat  CBC after 2 days if still decreasing meet a heamatologist

Platelets above 1 lakh is usually considered normal.. Get a peripheral smear for better data
