Dear ma'am/sir, I got my ultrasound today (day 8) and endometrium is only 2.7mm (last month was 8mm on day 9). My follicles are 17×15×13. My ovulation is being tracked and triggered along with timed intercourse (letrozol + HCG injection + ultrasound). Do I need to take medication for endometrium in this cycle or wait for the next one or will it become optimum by day 11?
