Day 16 no follicular growth
Am doing follicular study from day 9. Still there is no follicles on both ovary. Day 16 endometrial thickness is 11. There is one functional cyst on left ovary on day 9, apart from that uterus and ovary size is normal. What will be the next step of treatment? My last period cycle length is 35 days.

If your cycles last 35 days long, then the date of ovulation is roughly on day 21. In case there is no dominant follicle on day 16, your doctor may choose to wait for a few days or try using ovulation induction medications in the next cycle.
