I have dark skin on fore arm and biceps on both hands on upper side which is exposed to skin since last 1.5-2 years..it also on neck near sternum bone.and on back side..it slight more dark while expose to sun.is it harm full for my health.no iching,no redness,no pilling of skin.it can spread to other part of the body or not?or it can causes any skin disease?
