Greetings. The question is very incomplete and its absolutely not possible for me to understand what exactly the problm is with your wife. How did she get the mark / after any injury or pimples? I would need to see the photos of the mark at least to make a diagnosis. Or it is better that you see a qualified dermatologist near you.
