Darkbrown spotting on 12DPO ovulation

I am trying to conceive. I observed some very light dark brown bleeding and observed cramping for an hour almost after 12 days of ovulation and day 27 in my cycle. The pain disappeared but still I can see some bleeding. This does not seem like periods and I am confused. I never get my periods so soon minimum 30 days. Should I consult doctor immediately. Is there anything serious. Please suggest.

By your history it looks like normal regular periods ..if you still have any doubt do a urine pregnacy test ..if it’s negative consider it as regular period ..
