Hi..... These dark spots on the penis are essentially deposition of melanin into the skin cells and are normal variant. There is nothing to be bothered about. however, if you are still worried about them then you can start local application of hydroquinone twice daily. The application shall lighten the black spots and make the skin appear more closer to normal..... Consult Dermatologist......
