Dark spots on back

I have dark spots all over my back and shoulders. Also dark underarms. I went through Kaya skin clinic treatment but nothing changed much after 6 months and my money invested was a total waste. I have never worn sleeveless dresses my entire life. Please assist.

Dark spots on back n shoulder are mostly due to acne but can be caused by other diseases too.Treatment for such spots depends on depth on pigmentation and various procedures like chemical peels, dermabrasion and lasers acne be done depending on type of spots.
