Hi Doctors, I have this dark spot on my glans that I noticed around 2 months back. It doesn't itch, hurt, bleed or feel soar. It is just there and it's presence I giving me severe health anxiety as I have no answer to what this is and all I am thinking about is it's chance of being melanoma or other cancer. Please help me as I have just given up. I have visited multiple doctor's nearby but got no exact name for what I am going through. Please help me to find out what this is Please🙏. It's shade and size changes depending on how flaccid, errect, dry or wet the penis is. Although I haven't noticed any major change through naked eyes but for some reasons every picture of this spot looks different to me now I don't know what it is but through naked eye I don't see any major changes. I do feel like it has changed in shape very slightly when I try to take a picture of it but again that could also be some camera issue or my mind over thinking or panicking.
