The skin around my mouth to the chin is dark as compared to the rest of the face.It has always been like this.It is the area which tans most and I therefore never skip sunscreen.I used to take a lot of care of my skin and it somehow helped in maintaining this area.However, it returns to its normal color in some time.Please suggest how I can ensure that this area is the same color as the face.
