I am having dark red circles in my groin since last 6 months. It is very itchy and painful. I tried applying some cream called FOURDERM. It worked well for some time but did not provide a permanent solution.

Stop using fourderm. It will decrease it partially and again it will increase. Can you please send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Was those red circles were intially loosing scales.
