I got dark lips since my childhood and the face got tanned  with irregular patch (melanosis) after excessive sun exposure .. I got dermatologist consultation and she prescribed me wid a sunscreen and melapik night(hydroquinone +tretenoin) for perioral region  and vit e ... after 2 days of Application i got dryness and mild burning sensation over perioral region and also i feel mild scarring wid pigmentation.. she also suggested laser therapy for skin brightening ... can i go for laser and war can i do for the scarring and also for my black lips ? Wat r all d other therapy for skin brightening? Thanks in advance
