Hey my mom is 52 yrs old and she has been suffering from thick and dark skin around neck and dark pigmentation at back ..she has been using clearz plus and hhlite and sunblock.but there is no improvement.her sugarthyroid everything normal... it's been around 15 years and there are no other symptoms ..m attaching a photo here.. please help
