Hi I have a skin condition on my upper chest area where it's dark bumpy and rough (like the white zits around the nipple). It isn't itchy most of the time unless it's dry. I believe it is also on my face. It is embarrassing for me most of the time as I am afraid to take off my shirt or even go swimming. Is there anything I can do?
