I have dark neck since my childhood. Its really dark .i am really worried about that. Bcoz it reduces my confidence level. My skin above nd below the neck will be really fair so difference is to much.. i m suffering from dis condition for many years. Pls say some suggestion to lighten my dark neck.thank you
