My knuckles are extremely dark (pigmentation). Is this correctable? Which doctor should I visit? <Bangalore>

hi I am Dr Santhosh Kumar from chennai, dark pigmentation in some some areas are sometimes normal, moisturizing cream can help, otherwise consult a dermatologist, check your blood sugar.
