Hello Doctor, why there is dark cycle near my eyes. What is the treatment of Dark cycles. My age is 29 and I sleep 5.5 to 6.5 hours at night. Please advice. My eyes dark circle attachment is enclosed. Thanks

Take Iron tablets; increase your sleep time and  reduce using mobile while lying in bed.

This may be due to eyestrain  while working with mobile n laptop Take a break for 10 secs for blinking eyes, every hr ,so eyes gets lubricated Maintain proper hydration Eat healthy diet, more green vegetables and fruits, carrots, papaya,milk, dahi, lassi
