Hello doctor day before yesterday I had chocolate milk shake yesterday my poop colour was dark brown and today too first some part of my poop is chocolate brown and next part is yellow colour not loose stool is this normal?went endoscopy before 5 months no abnormalities found am worried it is internal bleeding ?pls acknowledge me
