Hello Doctors, I experience constipation on and off. Few weeks it's all normal every morning and suddenly for a few days I don't well or don't poop at all. But in last 7 days it's more prominent with black color poop and today I see white substance around it. Is it normal? Shall I laxative? Is it too alarming to go see a doctor?

Hello sir, How long u are constipating ? Do you see any blood in faeces? Color of faeces can change with food you eat..are you currently using any iron supplement?
