Dark cirlcles under my eyes

I had  negligible dark circles under my eyes since I remember but now it grew over time and now I am 19 and they are not going. I think they are genetical as other members in my family also have the same problem...please suggest me a solution for this.I tried natural ways and also sleep enough.
