I am not sure if you had been to a dermatologist.  Anyways I shal give some useful tips to keep them at bay. Avoid looking into the computer for long hours , if inevitable then every 20 minutes take s short 20 seconds break. Sleep well for at least 7 hours. Hydrate yourself by consuming at least 3 ltrs of water. If you are anaemic get treated for it as well. If your allergic individual avoid cosmetics which can irritate your skin. Use sunscreens during daytime. You may also certain depigmenting cream as per dermatologist advice.
