I have very dark circles under my eyes and dark neck ..its hereditary but looks very bad...I take appropriate sleep... I visited a dermatologist also...she said its pigmentation and I m young to start a treatment n gave me a lotion name venusia. Please suggest a method to get rid of pigmentation and get an even tone.

Venusia is a plain moisturiser and it has nothing to do with dark circles. Please come to Calcutta to consult me.
