Hi. Unfortunately there are no permanent solutions. A healthy lifestyle goes a long way. Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and green vegetables, drink plenty of water, avoid late nights and eye strain on laptop/computer. Genetic tendencies are known as well. Sometimes the dark circles appear dark because of the blood vessels underneath. There are numerous dark circle (undereye fairness creams)  creams in the market but none works so effectively.
