Sir/ma'am I have developed dark circles below my eyes, I regularly wear spectacles  but sometimes when I don't wear them, my dark circles is pointed out by everyone. How to cure them, if not kindly suggest ways or medicine to make them lighter. My skin tone is fair but these dark circles are way to much dark. Kindly guide sir/ma'am. Thank-you
