Hi Dark circles around eyes occur due to varied reasons including atopic or contact dermatitis, repeated rubbing, photo exposure, inadequate sleep or acanthosis nigricans. Treatment will depend on the cause. As a general care, do not strain your eyes a lot. Take frequent breaks if you are reading or working on PC for long. Get enough sleep per day.
