Due to dandruff (which comes and goes) I have got boils on my back. Which causes irritation and pain everynow and then.

Those are seborrheic acne. Keep your acalp clean by regular shampooing. Apart from that twice weekly application of ketoconazole shampoo Helps. Depending upon severity of back lesion medications need to be prescribed. Consult a dermatologist.
