I have severe dandruff problem from a long time. What are the best ayurveda treatments available for controlling this?

You can get rid of dandruff easily the Ayurveda by doing Shiroabhyangam ( Head Massage) with Dandruff oil , Takradhara( Medicates Buttermilk ) and Shirolepam (Application of anti dandruff hair pack) Make sure along with the above treatments reduce spicy and oily foods in ur diet. Keep ur scalp healthy by regular wash
