Dandruff on beard face and chest and sca

In October 2016 i had severe itchng under my jaw and when i checked i had white flakes like dandruff. I took medicine for three months but no benefit. Now i am taking kevon tablet in the morning and lorinol tablet at night. I apply kanzel b lotion in chest and jaw where these flakes appears. I am worried will this ever cure permanently as it keeps reapparing after few days. Please help.
