I have been given both kz-shampoo and Kz-lotion iam not able to understand how to use Kz-lotion....they have suggested me to use kz-shampoo twice a week and Kz-lotion daily .iam not able to understand whether i should apply Kz-lotion daily or apply before 1hr taking shower( (I. E)while apply kz-shampoo) can any one xplain me in detail
