Dandruff - circular patch

There is white circular patches of flakes on my my scalp and my chest region, I used to apply flukart on my chest and the white flakes patched used to disappear and reappear after i Stop Using it. Please suggest me a shampoo or oil for my scalp and soap or ointment for the fungal infection present on my chest region. Thanks
