Hi, I am 23 Male I have high dandruff issue from my birth , also I am getting pimples on scalp which left read dots some time on scalp. Also my face is having watery pimples which left some black spots on my face. What should I do?

Dandruff usually starts around the puberty.red spots can due to folliculitis (bacterial infection) that can result from frequent scratching.Need to know the severity of acne and dandruff for proper management.pls do online consultation with a dermatologist with good photographs.
