Dandruff and oily scalp
Hi,
I am having dandruff problem. Doctor had prescribed Exizol shampoo for one month and Onabet cream for 15 days. I am having oily scalp as well so not applied any oil for the past one month. Even after using this shampoo and medicine I don't see any improvement.
Can you please advise what should be done.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
