For last 2 weeks, I have been having this ghost images , especially on dark backgrounds. When I see any light letters it keeps on dancing with my eye moments transparently. I am using drops but I am afraid it is severe. My sight is -7 and -7.5 on left and right eye with cylinder in both. This actually started when I was watching mobile before few weeks and all of a sudden I started seeing transparent dancing subtitles behind the actual subtitles. It is in both eyes. I am very afraid please help me.

Kindly get your refraction testing again and also retinal evaluation.

This can happen if your glass correction is wrong ,with the high cylinder error that you have you should get a dilated refraction done by a trained ophthalmologist.It is not serious problem can easily be solved.
