Does drinking even a half glass of buttermilk in a day can also cause acne and no dairy other than this? Please help After drinking buttermilk i am not getting acne but little bumps all over face ( looks like sand skin)

Yes.. it's a kind of acne...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
