Pain and swelling with redness in the inner corner of right eye since two days. Redness and swelling is increased today. Continuous tearing from right eye. Red patch lpurpulish in colour in the under eye region

If you have been diagnosed as a case of dacryocystitis.definitely it is acute dacryocystitis. In that case you will have to take oral and topical antibiotics and anti inflammatory tab and drops. Later on it will need operation.
