My father was recently affected with covid-19 and now he was in recovery stage.We have recently gone for D-Dimer test and the value observed was 900. Please guide us in this regarding medication to be used,and further diagnosis we have to follow

Hello, D-DIMER level is definitely elevated. You have to start him on basic blood thinners. Would like to know more details about his health before advising any medication. Kindly consult for further evaluation and and treatment.
