Hello
A. You may start using nevanac eyedrop three times daily...If it doesn't work, then injection may be required
B. Timing of injection should be decided by treating surgeon ....
C. There is no injection which has zero side effect....Best injection is lucentis but it is costly..Cheap option is avastin injection but it is not FDA approved.
Last option is steroid injection but it has risk of increasing intraocular pressure
D. Number of injection is guide by the response...We may need to repeat OCT every month...And depending on foveal thickness we decide about next injection
E. Prognosis is good but recovery may be complete or partial. There is possibility of no improvement also
F. Treatment may last for many months..Exact duration is not known...It all depends on response of body
G. I am sorry but I am not aware of retina specialist in Bangalore
Regards
