I have multiple cyst on forearm and back. They look like bumps , I don't feel any pain in general but when pressing.

  As per your history this problem is not of cysts or  bumps.this is the problem of neuro derma. Consult a  surgeon.

Hello, They could be Lipomas. Lipomas are small,harmless, fat containing lumps found anywhere on the body. They are painless but they may increase in number.
