UTERUS   -  (6.4×2.6cm) small in size with normal contour. Multiple peripheral calcification and few myometrial cysts noted Endometrial thickness is uniform (ET-2.3mm). RIGHT OVERY - Bulky overy with a thin wall cystic lesion measuring 5.4×5.1×4.8cm  vol -70.8cc noted.No evidence of internal septation/solid components. No obvious features suggestive of torsion...S/o simple ovarian cyst This is my Aunti's problem...any operation need?
