For 2-3 days I've had light pink/brown vaginal discharge. Im midway through my cycle. Yesterday, I started having cramps, and last night it turned into a lower, left (my left) pain in my abdomen, where my ovaries are. I've had problems with cysts, but only on the right side. Spotting /cramping stopped, and now it's just the pain in my lower left abdomen. I don't know if it is common for a cyst, or if it could be implantation symptoms (unprotected sex 1 wk ago). Am concerned but doctor is closed.
