Hi Doctor, I found a cyst on my scrotum yesterday, its not painful, and i am not sexually active. Why i got this? Any problem for my sexual life as i am going to get marry soon, and how to get rid of it without surgery. Or can i left it untreated, will it go on its won. Thanks in advance.
