Hi there.. I could not get which isthmus your talking about.. I assume thyroid isthmus.. cyst in thyroid gland could be colloid cyst or cancer nodule.. pls get fnac( fine needle aspiration cytology) of the cyst done so that we know what it is.. cyst is very small so while fnac only all the fluid in it is taken and cyst collapses.. consult surgeon once soon
