Hello, my father got his first shot for covid on the 15 April post which he having sore tongue. He is getting cuts on his tongue which is very painful and he is unable to eat. We thought it is due to heat and he has been takign B complex but no help. There is redness and burning o the tongue. What is this related to ?

It is unlikely that his symptoms are due to the vaccine. It is best to get it looked at either by an ENT surgeon or your Dentist. Various conditions including, bacterial infections or even stress can cause oral lesions. In the meanwhile you could use BENZYDAMINE mouth wash which can be used 15 ml as a gargle every 2 hrs for pain relief.
