Cuts in the lip corner regular interval

Dear sir/ madam For the last 2 months it's been happening that corner of the lip getting cut , and gets recovered after 4 -Days, again it appears , it's painful while eating , kindly give me any medicine or cream which helps in recovery. Thanks
