Got a deep cut around 0.5mm on left toe. Its healing well with home dressing. No pain, swelling , fever. It happened on 5th Morning at 11am. Had cleaned with running water and the applied neospirin and have kept it open. Wound happened due to slippage with left toe hitting floor tiles sharp edge in bathroom whilst trying to avoid a fall. Kindly advise if need to undergo for tetanus booster shot . Any medication for faster healup. Thanks.
