Hi, it is a small cut wound, he needs stitches. Avoid bleeding using clean cloth or bandage ( if u have first aid kit). And then shift to nearest emergency department or where doctor is available. If it is not possible now, you can wait till morning also. Main thing is to avoid bleeding. If you have any pain killer you can take that. Don't put any powder or any otherthings to wound. Keep it clean. Consult general surgeon for treatment
